What you move with us - your tasks that make sense

After hail, flooding, storm winds, or a pipe burst, every day counts for those affected. Together with your team, you ensure that claims are processed quickly and unbureaucratically. At the same time, you help shape the claims processing of tomorrow.

Specifically:

• You lead the Claims Management Water & Burst department with around ten employees. You are responsible for natural hazard, water, and burst damages as well as casco, personal, and animal damages - from inspection to payout.
• You translate the goals of the Operations Center into tangible performance. And you have these perfectly under control with a set of key figures.
• You ensure that your department is not left out in the rain, even during storms and seasonal peaks.
• You develop your employees further and strengthen individual responsibility and decision-making ability.
• Standardization and automation are drivers for you to become even better and to implement processes & automation solutions in everyday life together with the department.
• You coordinate your actions with many departments and actively contribute to the further development of the Operations Center.

You know the claims business and do not want to just administer, but to really move something with your team. You provide orientation, think beyond departmental boundaries, and make clear decisions even under pressure.

• You have several years of experience in claims processing, ideally in property, building, or personal insurance.
• You have leadership experience, e.g., as a department or team leader or as a deputy.
• You are familiar with process improvements, digitalization, or change projects.
• You use KPIs routinely as a navigation aid for strategic and operative decisions.
• You bring further education in the insurance sector, training at HF/FH level, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you can also communicate well in French.
