Your field of activity: Where you make a difference

• Rethink processes: You analyze and optimize our P&C claims processes end-to-end to sustainably increase effectiveness and profitability.
• Realize potential: You identify and unlock savings potential along the entire claims value chain - from fraud detection to subrogation to partner management.
• Projects with impact: You support or lead strategic projects to reduce claims expenditure. Your initial focus will be on optimizing subrogation processes, where AI-based solutions are also used.
• Steering: You prepare complex data in an understandable way and translate data-based analyses into concrete recommendations for action.

Your profile: What distinguishes you

• Your education: You have successfully completed a degree in business or a comparable qualification.
• Your experience: At least 6 years of professional experience in claims management (P&C), controlling and/or data analysis in an insurance company is required.
• Your strength: Your analytical and structured way of thinking distinguishes you, paired with a strong drive for implementation - you are a "doer".
• Your personality: As a winning and communicative personality, you move confidently across all hierarchical levels - from operational teams to management.
• Your mindset: Business Transformation is your passion. You have a quick grasp of things and enjoy learning. A healthy dose of pragmatism and humor is also essential.
