Several recognized 5* Hotels in Genève are contacting us to find for a temporary mission a: Sommelier / Wine Cellar Manager (M/F) Job Description ## The sommelier-cellar manager is responsible for advising customers in the choice of wines and spirits, ensuring beverage service and promoting food and wine pairings. They participate in the selection of products, manage stocks and ensure the proper storage of references in the cellar. Passionate, endowed with an excellent sense of service and good interpersonal skills, they actively contribute to the customer experience and sales development. Profile Sought ## Specialized training in sommelier studies or in hotel-catering is desired, completed by significant experience in a high-standing establishment, a specialized cellar or a gastronomic environment. Mastery of English is essential for evolving in an international context.
