To reinforce our team in the area of AI Transformation, we are looking for a motivated and committed Process Automation Specialist, 100% as of 01.10.2026, at the Basel Headquarters location. ##

Your responsibility

• You develop automation and AI solutions directly at the process of the specialist departments. You sit next to the colleagues and build together with them.
• You quickly understand and structure existing end-to-end processes, recognize bottlenecks, media breaks and automation potentials and ensure that solutions start at the right point in the process.
• You work out requirements together with the specialist departments. If requirements are unclear, incomplete or not yet formulated, you specify and structure them pragmatically until a feasible solution can be created.
• You prioritize automation ideas together with the specialist departments according to their concrete operational added value and focus on the use cases that actually create an impact.
• You act hands-on: You implement yourself and bring a working result to the street in a short time, instead of designing for a long time.
• You build prototypes quickly to make the benefits visible early on, and iterate together with the specialist department until a sustainable solution is reached.
• You pragmatically choose the appropriate technological approach for the respective use case and use AI, Low-Code, workflow automation, system integration or RPA depending on the need.
• You accompany the introduction and adoption so that the solution continues to run reliably in operation after the handover.
• You are part of a team in which everyone works hands-on: You step in where it matters and promote a solution-oriented, pragmatic working style.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a digital focus or comparable as well as around 4-6 years of experience in implementation-oriented roles (ideal: consulting with on-site implementation, power-user role from a specialist department or strongly result-oriented environments).
• You bring proven implementation successes: solutions that you built and introduced yourself - not just analyzed or designed.
• You have a pronounced understanding of processes, grasp complex workflows quickly and can translate technical requirements into implementable automation solutions in a structured manner.
• You recognize which problems and use cases create the greatest operational added value, and consistently prioritize between necessary impact and pure "nice-to-have".
• You have practical experience with AI and Low-Code platforms as well as with classic automation approaches such as workflow automation and RPA (e.g., Copilot Studio or Power Platform) and learn new technologies quickly.
• You bring a strong hands-on mentality: You roll up your sleeves yourself, try things out and get things running, instead of waiting for the perfect specification.
• You work highly relationally and meet non-technical persons at eye level.
• You think pragmatically and result-oriented: a good solution today is preferable to you than a perfect one in half a year.
• You bring initiative and energy: You are motivated by realizing visible change and delivering concrete results.
• You speak fluent German and/or English; French is an advantage.
