Job Description ##

The nursing management is looking for its future dietitian manager to manage and support teams at the Cluse-Roseraie site in their services in various medical departments. The patient population can be adult as well as pediatric, particularly in the field of acute care as well as for therapeutic education following chronic illness.

You lead a team of approximately 30 employees. You organize, coordinate and supervise their activities and plan any necessary action for the development of individual as well as collective skills. You guarantee an optimal circulation of information, whether it is upward, downward and/ or transversal. You develop a climate of trust within the team necessary for living and working together well in respect of institutional values.

You know how to set the course and support your teams to reach common objectives. You translate the strategic axes of your profession into achievable objectives for the team while ensuring the individual contribution of each member.

In your capacity as a team manager, you are the guarantor of the quality of nutritional care and promote any measure aimed at optimizing and improving the services offered to the patient population. You have indicators to drive continuous quality improvement. You also contribute to the development of new practices.

Your collaborative spirit allows you to support and develop interdisciplinarity among all health professionals acting on the management of female and male patients.

You easily manage the proper allocation of resources as well as equipment to meet the care needs of patients within the framework of the allocated budget. You also exercise a role as a referent for pricing systems related to the profession.

Depending on needs, you may be required to recruit new employees and oversee the development of their expertise in the specialty fields of each sector while ensuring the necessary versatility of skills.

Qualifications ##

You hold a Bachelor HES in nutrition and dietetics or an equivalent title, recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.

You benefit from confirmed experience in management, acquired through at least five years of practice in the hospital field. Training in management, such as a CAS in management of health institutions, constitutes an asset.

Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate social skills and positive communication. You know how to unite teams around common objectives and establish a climate of collaboration conducive to the smooth running of the service.

Open to change, you are able to accompany the evolutions of your professional environment with pragmatism. You also know how to take a step back from your managerial practices in order to evolve them continuously.

You are a person recognized for your sense of organization, your flexibility and your ability to manage priorities; you are comfortable in an environment where activities are varied and transversal.

You master common IT tools and possess an excellent command of the French language.
