For this newly created position, we are currently looking within the PM team "Member Services" for a strong, entrepreneurial, and connected leadership personality who will take responsibility for the digital member services and credit card domains.

In this key position, you will lead a team of product managers, develop the portfolio strategy, and simultaneously ensure that goal orientation, economic success, operational excellence, and added value for members are in harmony.
In collaboration with your team, you will shape the future of TCS digital offers and services and make an essential contribution to the development of the Touring Club Suisse and its services for members.

Your challenges ###

• Personnel management of the team as well as guaranteeing high professional quality through coaching and constructive sparring of the responsible product managers
• Overall responsibility for the strategic orientation and development of the digital member services and credit card portfolios
• Portfolio management according to defined objectives and guaranteeing an effective orientation towards performance and results
• Promotion of a product orientation and development resolutely centered on members and customers, based on market, data, and customer insights
• Ensuring appropriate framework conditions, priorities, and resources for the successful implementation of portfolio objectives by the team
• Representation of the domain to management, internal partners, as well as external providers
• Identification of opportunities, risks, and trends as well as formulation of solid decision-making bases for the domain management
• Responsibility for the performance, sustainability, and development of the area of responsibility

To succeed in your role ###

• Management experience in an environment close to product, service, or digital
• Proven experience in strategic development and management of portfolio KPIs, business areas, or services
• Joy in developing and empowering employees
• Strong customer and member orientation as well as pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
• Communicative and convincing personality with high social competence and a confident presence
• Degree in business administration, management information systems, marketing, product management, or equivalent training
• Assured mastery of German with knowledge of French or vice versa; English is an asset
• Joy in working in a connected and transversal organization and actively participating in change management
