For the overall responsibility of our Customer Service & Customer Services department, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded leader who combines customer orientation, growth, and efficient processes. You will take responsibility for sales, customer care, operating, and assortment development and will actively shape the future direction of our company. The function includes the leadership of sales and operating and bears the growth responsibility for customer acquisition, customer care, and the further development of the offering. Your task You are responsible for the sustainable development of our customer relationships and our market success.
