Your tasks: • Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle -- from recruitment to exit • Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related matters • Ensuring professional personnel administration including time and absence management • Supporting supervisors in the entire recruitment and selection process • Participating in the further development and optimization of HR processes • Collaborating in cross-departmental HR projects as well as taking on responsibility for sub-projects Your profile: • Commercial basic training with further training in Human Resources (HR-Fachausweis or comparable) • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in a production environment • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law • Proficient IT user skills, ERP experience an advantage • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Strong service orientation as well as high social and advisory competence • Communicative, discreet and responsible personality Miscellaneous: A versatile position with high personal responsibility, scope for design, exciting projects and the opportunity to actively help shape the HR landscape awaits you.
