As a Senior Payment & Investigation Specialist (m/f) in Glarus, you will ensure that payment transactions run smoothly and actively help shape their further development.

Tasks:

• You participate in projects and system tests to introduce new or improved applications, automations, digitalizations, and process optimizations
• You provide technical advice to internal and external bodies and undertake the corresponding investigations
• You maintain correspondence as well as telephone contacts with internal and external bodies, including our external payment transaction service providers
• You monitor and process pending and outgoing transactions
• You process returns from amount reclamation requests from external banks

Profile:

• You have a completed banking apprenticeship or a commercial basic education with further training in banking
• You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in international and national payment transactions at a bank
• You have an affinity for the IT system landscape in interbank payment transactions. Finnova and Finastra knowledge is an advantage
• You have experience in project management in the environment of payment transactions at a bank
• You are an enterprising, service-oriented, and communication-oriented personality
• You have a high sense of responsibility and duty, organize yourself excellently, and like to go the "extra mile"
• You express yourself with stylistic confidence in German, both orally and in writing (mother tongue or C1), and have good English skills (B1)
• You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• You can imagine working on-site in Glarus 4 out of 5 days, with a maximum travel time of 45 minutes per direction
