Your tasks
Functional leadership of the Service area: Team Operation Services and Team Professional Services (approx. 20 employees)
Personnel leadership of the Team Leaders Operation Services and Professional Services
Further development of the service portfolio, the service offerings as well as the service strategy
Ensuring structured project execution as well as holistic support and guaranteeing smooth IT operation for our customers together with the team
Standardization and optimization of operational processes as well as implementation of company standards
Improvement of processes as well as cooperation with the Compliance, Security and Sales team
Coaching and further development of the employees (professional and personal)
What you bring with you
Sound education or further training in the field of informatics (EFZ/HF)
At least 5 years of practical experience in the area of functional / personnel leadership
At least 5 years of experience in the area of System Engineering
Very good specialist knowledge in our technologies: Microsoft 365 environment (M365, Intune, MDM, Teams), VMware (Horizon VDI, ESX)
Customer-oriented, independent and structured working style and ability to work in a team
High communicative competence with customers and employees
Motivation for personal and professional development
High degree of self-organization
