Social Worker 60-100%, Social Counseling Schlieren ## Your tasks • You verify, clarify and ensure the entitlement to economic and personal social assistance on the basis of the Social Assistance Act, the Asylum Welfare Ordinance and other laws and guidelines. • You assert legal claims against third parties according to the principles of subsidiarity. • You carry out IT-supported case management (Tutoris). • You advise and support individuals and families in various life situations. • You initiate and implement adequate measures in cooperation with internal and external specialists as well as specialist organizations. • You promote and accompany the integration of refugees according to the Integrationsagenda Zürich. Your profile • Degree in Social Work or nearing completion (FH) or completed degree in Sociology, Ethnology, Political Science, Psychology, Educational Science; Human Geography with the willingness to undergo further training in social assistance law • Diplomas from abroad must have already been submitted to the SBFI (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation) and a "measure" must be in place or have started • Professional experience and knowledge in social assistance as well as in the asylum system • Good IT application skills (MS-Office), as well as familiarity with case management systems • Very good German skills (at least C1), other asylum-relevant languages are an advantage • Conceptual and communicative skills, as well as high social competence and resilience Danijela Simic HRM Intern recruiting@aoz.ch
