As an Application Operations Engineer, you are a central pillar for the operation of our OSS/BSS systems. With your technical understanding, your analytical mindset, and your sense of quality, you ensure that disruptions are resolved – and our systems run stably at all times. Application Operations Engineer Your tasks You are the contact point for complex 2nd-level tickets (Jira) concerning our central systems (OSS/BSS) – you analyze, solve, and document In the case of deeper-lying problems, you transfer topics to problem or service disruption management If our monitoring system reports a disruption, you react, find the cause, and put everything back in order Your knowledge does not belong in a drawer: You share it within the team and keep it clean in the documentation You work closely with 1st- and 3rd-level support When it becomes critical, you ensure that all parties involved are informed in a timely manner Fancy some variety?
