Recruitment Consultant (m/w/d)

360° Recruitment: You are both Sales Consultant and Recruiter and form the interface between customers and candidates. As Sales Consultant, you convince potential customers in the first telephone contact of Aristo and our service. In your role as Recruiter, you find suitable candidates, present them to your customers, conduct interviews via telephone or video and remain the central point of contact even after the placement. You will become an expert in your market within the Life Science industry and acquire specialist knowledge in this area independently. You maintain and expand your candidate network, establish contacts with specialists and executives and exchange information on current developments and trends in the Life Science industry. You speak with managers of national and international companies at eye level with the goal of building long-term customer relationships. You have already gained experience in sales or other areas with intensive customer contact, you have completed a degree, training with initial professional experience or a comparable qualification, you are a "doer" and pursue a clear goal, you manage to persevere in tough times and motivate yourself again and again, your motto is T.E.A.M. – together everyone achieves more, you speak negotiation-secure German & English, as well as ideally French.
