We are looking for co-creators.  In addition to our existing social pedagogical residential offering, we are currently building a new project: Heavily supported youth housing with high participation, intensive relationship work and clear future orientation. Our goal is not just to offer young people a place to live, but a space for development. A place where stabilization, identity development, personal responsibility and future perspectives can grow. With us, it is not about leading young people through a program. It is about walking a piece of their path together and shaping the future together. We are convinced that sustainable development arises where relationships are real, responsibility is shared and young people are allowed to experience that they can find and walk their own path. Central elements of our work ### • Intensive relationship work • Participation and co-determination • Step-by-step stabilization in the life world of the young people • Animal-assisted pedagogy • Nature and experiential pedagogy • Career finding and future planning • Promotion of independence and personal responsibility • Activities and movement in everyday life • Building sustainable future perspectives That is why we are looking for people who ... ### • Take on responsibility instead of handing it over • Think along instead of just executing • Shape instead of manage • Act creatively and solution-oriented • Can live closeness and commitment • Have joy in development and concept work • Want to reflect on themselves and develop further  What you should bring ### • Completed training (or in the last year of training) Social Pedagogue HF or FH or • Driver's license category B (mandatory) • Place of residence in the region or a maximum distance of approx. 20-25 km to the workplace • Due to evening and on-call services, we wish for a person with short commuting distances and regional roots • Joy in development work and the development of new offers • Willingness to work actively, movement-oriented and close to life • Joy in nature, animals and practical life pedagogy • Resilience, humor and common sense Interest in concept development and project design What is important to us ### Our concept is based on presence, relationship and role modeling. Therefore, this position is explicitly aimed at people, • who are non-smokers • who can consciously refrain from using their private mobile phone during working hours • who like to move outdoors and live actively • who have a connection to nature, earth and water as valuable development and experience spaces • who do not just accompany young people, but want to be on the way with them • Please attach a salary proposal for a 100% workload including your total salary expectations to your application dossier. Whoever has to be permanently reachable or devotes their attention mainly to screens will probably not feel comfortable in this working environment. The setting ### You work in a familial and manageable framework with a maximum of two young people at a time. This creates space for real relationship work, individual support and sustainable development. Working hours ### • Presence time:  18.00-22.00/ 23.00 o'clock - when the young people are slowly ramping up, you are already there. • On-call/sleeping service:  22.00/ 23.00 o'clock 07.00/ 08.00 o'clock - sleeping is allowed, but one should not be deeply relaxed nonetheless. • Weekend design:  Day care individually according to the activity and life situation of the young people - boredom has no duty roster with us.
