To strengthen our team in the Ladies' Ready-to-Wear department, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Product Manager, 80%, at the Basel Headquarters location, starting 01.10.2026, fixed-term until 30.09.2027. ##

Your responsibility

• You support the Product Manager with administrative tasks.
• You act as a hub between our suppliers, department stores, internal departments, and distribution centers.
• You are responsible for ordering processes, delivery date control, returns, invoices, price mutations, inventories, and other administrative tasks.
• You have a thorough understanding and overview of the ordering process and the goods management system.

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic vocational training.
• You can demonstrate 2-4 years of professional experience.
• You speak fluent German. You can communicate in English without problems.
• You are IT-savvy and proficient in using Excel.
• You think in networks and have high quality standards for your work.
• You like a fast pace and are very flexible and dynamic.
