Tasks • Recruitment of apprentices as well as support during the entire training period until the qualification procedure • Accompaniment, coaching and promotion of apprentices and vocational trainers during their individual learning process • Ensuring Coop's training and work standards and quality in training • Conducting online and in-person training sessions • Representation of Coop vocational training internally and externally (e.g. career information, trade fairs, SocialMedia) Requirements • Completed basic training EFZ and vocational trainer course • Several years of experience in caring for young people or a comparable function • Open, independent and initiative personality with high service willingness and pronounced social competence • Strong communication skills as well as pleasure in dealing with people and ability to accompany them profitably through the basic training • Networked, solution-oriented and structured way of working with good coordination and planning skills as well as very good IT skills What we offer Your contact person Dominique Hotz Human Resources
