Quality Assurance Specialist Want to contribute directly to the quality and release of pharmaceutical products, while developing your expertise in a dynamic, collaborative, and continuous improvement-oriented environment? As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will join a team at the heart of quality activities and play a concrete role in the release of pharmaceutical products. You will intervene in different processes of the Quality Management System, in close link with operational teams. Your versatility, your analytical spirit, and your ability to move subjects forward will be essential to support quality activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization. Your main tasks are: Act as the Quality Assurance referent in product release activities and associated quality processes. Review batch records and actively contribute to the product release process. Support and approve investigations related to non-conformities, bringing a structured and solution-oriented approach. Lead the drafting of deviation reports and ensure the effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Actively participate in the evolution, optimization, and continuous improvement of assigned quality processes and systems. Contribute to the validation of computerized systems and play a Key User role for certain quality systems. Draft, update, and maintain quality documentation, including procedures and instructions. Support different departments in the understanding and application of quality and regulatory requirements. Monitor, analyze, and utilize quality key performance indicators (KPI) to identify improvement levers. Take part in the preparation and smooth running of internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections. Develop your versatility by intervening in a wide variety of quality activities, according to the priorities of the department. You have a higher scientific education in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or an equivalent field. You are familiar with the main quality tools and problem-solving methodologies, or wish to develop your expertise in these areas. You communicate with ease, both in writing and orally, in French and in English. You are recognized for your analytical spirit, your rigor, and your sense of organization. You know how to manage multiple priorities and evolve with agility in a varied and demanding environment.
