Your area of responsibility: • Competent telephone and written advising of customers regarding insurance benefits, products and services • Processing customer inquiries as well as administrative processing of mutations and contract changes • Providing information on basic and supplementary insurance • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through solution-oriented and efficient processing of concerns • Collaboration with internal specialist departments to clarify complex issues • Active participation in optimizing processes and services Your profile: • Completed commercial or comparable basic training • Professional experience in customer contact, ideally in a health insurance environment • Completed VBV certification (Insurance Intermediary VBV) mandatory • High customer and service orientation • Very good German skills (C2 level), knowledge of other national languages is an advantage
