Requirement profile:

• Completed commercial basic training or technical basic training with commercial further training
• Further training in sales or business administration is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales or account management, ideally in an industrial environment or in a production company
• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written language; French skills are an advantage
• Experience in export business and with international orders is an advantage
• Structured, reliable and accurate way of working with high personal responsibility

Tasks:

• Independent order processing in the ERP system, including checking prices, specifications and changes
• Creation and follow-up of customer offers in the CRM as well as ensuring correct prices and timely processing
• Obtaining and coordinating price and technical information with purchasing and engineering
• Monitoring and controlling delivery dates in cooperation with production planning and operations
• Independent support of a defined customer portfolio and responsibility for the operational customer relationship as a central contact person
• Creating evaluations of offers, in particular success rates, won/lost orders and customer developments
• Identification and implementation of improvements in customer service
• Processing of returns and complaint cases as well as creation of credit notes
• Support in complying with export regulations and the processing of international orders
• Maintenance and updating of customer master data, prices and forecasts in CRM and ERP systems
