CDI - PPE Accountant - Lausanne

We are recruiting for a well-known and solidly established family real estate agency in the Lausanne market, a PPE Accountant at 100% within the framework of a permanent position.

Within a human-sized structure, renowned for its professionalism and the quality of its services, you will join a dynamic accounting team and participate in the financial management of a portfolio of co-owned properties.

As a PPE Accountant, you will ensure the accounting management of properties by floors and contribute to the proper financial monitoring of the various mandates.

Your main missions:

-Prepare annual PPE statements and ensure the distribution of charges.
-Ensure treasury management and the monitoring of financial flows.
-Prepare and control management statements for individual units as well as heating statements.
-Take charge of the takeover of PPE accounting mandates.
-Perform invoice allocation and payment processing.
-Ensure account control and respond to requests from co-owners.
-Participate in the administrative management of files, filing, and storeroom management.
-Handle telephone exchanges and follow up on requests from co-owners.
-Collaborate closely with the management teams to guarantee rigorous monitoring of files.

Profile sought:

-Maturity or diploma in accounting.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland, ideally in PPE management.
-Good mastery of PPE statements, distribution of charges, and real estate accounting operations.
-Knowledge of the Quorum software is an asset.
-Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
-Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
-Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and sense of customer service.
-Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
