Telephone Customer Advisor / Call Agents Inbound Multi-Industry (m/f/d)Job Description

• Conducting and logging incoming telephone calls in the technical field
• Identification of causes of problems when using the various design channels for photo products and subsequent problem solving or forwarding to the corresponding interfaces via CRM system
• Customer-oriented, friendly product and service consulting

Sought Profile

• Completed apprenticeship or general professional experience
• Availability at 100% during the training period of 2 weeks
• Eloquent, motivated, technically proficient, flexible and reliable
• Working hours: Mo - Su/Public holidays: 07:00 - 22:00
• The framework conditions for part-time employees (80-100% workload) remain the same: 5 days per week, working days: Monday - Sunday

Mandatory knowledge:

• Good PC knowledge, advanced IT user knowledge
• Good understanding of telecommunications
• Good communication
• Affinity for consulting
