Benefits Consultant (m/f/d), 80-100%, Bern / hybrid What you drive: Checking requests for inpatient cost coverage based on medical reports in cooperation with the medical advisor Coordination between customer, service providers, and Sanitas Individual and personal advice as well as support for customers in specific life situations (e.g., hospitalizations) Through an offering of unique services, you create real added value for our customers in daily telephone and written contact (inbound and outbound) Why you succeed: You have very good French and Italian language skills (level C1 oral and written) You have completed medical or commercial training Several years of experience in the social insurance sector or healthcare You convince our customers through your high service orientation, your doer mentality, and your committed way of working You enjoy personal, telephone, and written contact with people and are interested in health topics What you can count on: With around 900,000 customers, Sanitas is one of the largest health insurers in Switzerland.
