• Supporting our employees in customer support
• Preparing offers in the non-life sectors in the private customer business
• Processing insurance claims
• Handling the necessary correspondence
• Serving the insurance partner and their customers on the telephone

What distinguishes you:

• Completed training in the insurance industry with experience in the commercial sector + VBV certification
• Good knowledge of the insurance agency channel is an advantage
• Proficient German in spoken and written form
• Sales and customer oriented
• Independent working and flexibility
• Communicative and open personality
