Your task ##

• Analysis of customer requirements as well as professional moderation of workshops
• Coordination of the solution architecture and coordination with internal stakeholders
• Development of sustainable solution approaches in cooperation with various teams
• Preparation and negotiation of offers and service descriptions
• Support in further developments and identification of optimization potential
• Monitoring of project progress to ensure compliance with quality and time specifications
• Conducting training and knowledge transfer to team members

• Strong communication skills and strong customer orientation
• Provable professional experience in Sales/Key Account
• Comprehensive understanding of IT services as well as project management
• Several years of experience in IT-related, customer-oriented positions
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and good English skills
