• Develop, update, and manage the Multi-year Investment Plan (PPI) Infrastructures, and ensure its prioritization and presentation for validation before governance bodies.
• Advise the General Management and operational management on construction, renovation, transformation, and optimization projects for the premises.
• Provide architectural and technical expertise on complex projects: hospital engineering, flows, critical environments, regulatory requirements.
• Optimize surface occupation and sustainably harmonize materials, finishes, and technical standards, in service of efficient operation.
Management of real estate projects and technical documentation
• Manage all the establishment's real estate projects.
• Act as Project Manager for the institution's strategic real estate projects, from the opportunity study phase to acceptance and commissioning.
• Define, contract, and manage the mandates entrusted to external contractors (architects, engineers, surveyors) according to SIA standards and public procurement rules.
• Guarantee respect for the cost / deadline / quality triad across the entire project portfolio.
• Establish the annual and multi-year CAPEX budget related to the Unit's activity.
• Monitor project execution, optimize investment expenditure through a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach, and alert management in case of deviation.

• Higher education in architecture, civil engineering, building services engineering (CVSE) or related field (EPF, HES level) or equivalent title recognized in Switzerland.
