In the gastronomy sector, we offer an interesting seasonal position for the winter 2026/27 at the restaurant Rinderhütte on Torrent (mountain gastronomy for ski/hiking/leisure guests) as Cook 90%. The self-service restaurant Rinderhütte has 300 seats indoors, 100 seats on the terrace and offers a snow bar and a food truck in the outdoor area.

Your tasks:

• You prepare the mise en place or assist with preparation work
• You prepare hot and cold dishes or support this
• You assist with orders and handle incoming goods inspection, storage and transport
• You represent the kitchen management as a cook if required
• You participate in cleaning work and in maintaining hygiene and quality standards

Your profile:

• Completed training as Cook EFZ or proven several years of experience in the kitchen
• Passion and fun for fresh and seasonal dishes and preparation of fresh foods
• Creativity in menu design
• You communicate in German and ideally also in French
• You are flexible in work deployment depending on demand and time of day as well as seasonality or during events on the weekend
