We look forward to getting to know you! 02 Your Task ## • Ensuring availability, performance, stability, and quality of the central IT infrastructure and basic services • Coordination and management of maintenance, change, release, and lifecycle activities within the responsible services • Leading and managing external IT partners and suppliers, including monitoring SLAs, service quality, and agreed services • Taking on the role of Product Owner for the system team, including prioritization, further development, and coordination of technical requirements • Close cooperation with DevOps Engineers, Test Management, Security, Workplace, Application Management, and Architecture • Identification and implementation of optimization, standardization, and automation potentials in IT operations • Ensuring up-to-date system, operational, and service documentation as well as compliance with security, compliance, and governance requirements • Central technical and organizational contact person for internal stakeholders regarding questions about the responsible infrastructure and IT services 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further education • Flexible working hours design • Flexible annual and trust-based working hours • Progressive employment conditions • Guaranteed hybrid or home office work • Career and advancement opportunities • KITA option • At least 5 weeks vacation 04 Your Profile ## • Completed studies or higher vocational training in computer science or business informatics • Several years of professional experience in IT Service Management, ICT Operations, Service Ownership, or operation of business-critical IT systems • Sound understanding of IT infrastructures and their interaction with Workplace, Network, Cloud, Security, and Applications • Experience in managing external IT service providers, providers, and technology partners as well as handling SLAs and service agreements • Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban, as well as ideally practical experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, or in a comparable role • Analytical and structured way of working with the ability to recognize technical and organizational dependencies at an early stage • Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with technical specialists, management, departments, and external partners • Further education or certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation / Managing Professional, Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, CAS IT Service Management, CAS Digital Transformation, COBIT, or comparable ICT service management training are an advantage • Proficient German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (at least B2), French skills are a great advantage 05 Things to Know ## • Guaranteed home office of up to 3 working days per week • Modern workplace • Above-average employment conditions with very good social benefits • Free parking, coverage of public transport subscription, or contribution to your commute • Financial participation in further education • Workation up to 4 weeks / year
