As part of a pilot project, we are creating a new function in Care Management (limited for two years, with the option for an indefinite extension). The goal is to support employees early, personally, and effectively during health challenges. As a Care Manager, you support employees, managers, and HR during the first 90 days of an illness-related absence. In doing so, you look after employees of the fenaco Genossenschaft in the administrative area in Bern as well as the subsidiaries LANDI and Volg Detailhandels AG. You move in a versatile corporate environment. At the same time, you bring in your experience and ideas to build and help shape a sustainable Care Management. This newly created function offers you the unique opportunity to actively help shape the development of a professional Care Management in the largest agricultural cooperatives in Switzerland and to contribute sustainably to the health and working capacity of our employees. You look after employees of the fenaco Genossenschaft in the administrative area in Bern as well as the subsidiaries LANDI and VOLG Detailhandels AG, taking into account the different operational requirements and framework conditions You accompany employees during the first 90 days of illness and support them as well as their managers in health, psychosocial, and professional situations You place a special emphasis on accompanying employees with mental burdens or mentally induced work absences You coordinate the cooperation between internal departments and external partners such as doctors, social insurance providers, and daily sickness benefit insurance You help shape the development of our Care Management from the beginning and actively bring your ideas, experiences, and best practices into the development of a sustainable Occupational Health Management You document your work professionally and use relevant key figures for quality assurance and the further development of the offering We look forward to this profile Completed basic training (e.g., commercial or medical) as well as further training in the field of social insurance (federal diploma); in Case Management (CAS) or a comparable qualification; a completed degree in psychology (FH/university) is an advantage Several years of professional experience in care, case, or health management, ideally in a corporate environment Sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance as well as experience in dealing with complex care and reintegration processes Good psychological knowledge as well as experience in accompanying employees with mental burdens, mental illnesses, or mentally induced incapacity to work Strong advisory, communication, and conflict resolution skills High social competence, empathy, and professional handling of sensitive situations You communicate effortlessly in German and Swiss German and move confidently in both languages, both written and oral Independent, structured, and pragmatic way of working You appreciate direct contact with people and visit managers as well as employees at different locations in the Mittelland and Central Switzerland regions Driving license category B and own car are prerequisites fenaco Genossenschaft 70-100% Position Employee Employment type temporary Professional field HR / Training Questions about the application process HR Business Partner Questions about the position Kathrin Jani BGM-Responsible Discover your benefits Education and Further Training We invest in the development of our employees.
