Night Auditor

Tasks Daily Closing & Reporting: Independent performance of the system daily closing (Night Audit), conscientious control of daily revenues and settlements as well as the creation of relevant management and finance reports. Night-time Guest Care: Warm welcome of late arrivals, efficient handling of early departures (Early Check-outs) as well as the full, discreet fulfillment of individual guest wishes at 5-star level during the night hours. Security & Responsibility: Performance of regular control and security rounds in the house, ensuring peace and order as well as acting as the confident main contact person (Duty Manager function) in the event of nocturnal emergencies. Requirements Experience & System Affinity: Sound Front Office or Night Audit experience in luxury hotels paired with very confident handling of hotel management systems (especially Opera PMS) and understanding of numbers. Linguistic Sovereignty: Fluent German and English (at least C1) for professional communication with international guests and clear shift handovers; other languages such as Italian or French are an advantage. Independence & Night Owl: Absolute reliability, high stress resistance in unforeseen situations, independent problem-solving competence as well as the explicit willingness to work purely night shifts.
