What you accomplish ###

• Leading the QA team for the meat department at our Courtepin site (4 employees)
• Active participation in quality monitoring in the broadest sense of the term
• Organization and implementation of certification audits and conducting internal audits
• HACCP responsibility regarding processes and products
• Development and implementation of sampling plans and product and hygiene controls
• Release of new product development and recipe modifications
• Development and implementation of internal training in the areas of quality, hygiene and food law
• Leading quality improvement projects

What you bring ###

• Bildung: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES)
• Specialization: Bachelor in Food Science or higher education in the agri-food field
• Professional experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar position, experience in the meat sector and QA would be an advantage. Initial successful experience in managing a small team is essential
• Specific experience and knowledge in the fields of QA and QC
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team with a very good sense of organization
• Mastery of IT tools (MS Office, mastery of SAP is a serious asset)
• Spirit of initiative and independence in file management
• Recognized managerial qualities, allowing for the imposition and enforcement of our high quality requirements
• Interpersonal skills and openness to dialogue
