The employees of SNV As Head of People & Culture, you are the central contact person for our around 40 employees and managers in all HR matters. You advise the management board on strategic HR issues, further develop our corporate culture, and naturally assist with operational HR as well. Your tasks In this versatile role, you are responsible for our HR holistically - from operational implementation to strategic further development.
