Our shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX).  www.medmix.swiss   Job Description ## Your Role  As one of two HR Business Partners, you will actively help shape the implementation of our HR strategy at the Haag location. You will be part of the local HR team and, together with your colleagues, will support around 420 employees. At the same time, you will work closely with our global HR teams and managers in an international matrix organization.  In this versatile position, you will combine operational HR work with strategic topics and contribute to the continuous development of our HR processes, standards, and initiatives.  Your Tasks   HR Business Partnering  • Support of defined business units and advising of managers and employees in all personnel-related matters  • Close cooperation with global HR Business Partners   • Support in personnel planning, talent and performance management, as well as organizational development  • Advising on labor law issues and accompanying change processes  • Participation in ensuring fair and market-driven compensation structures  Local support of the team and Site Leadership • Active participation in the further development and positioning of the Haag location  • Participation in compliance and audit topics as well as support during internal and external audits  • Responsibility for effective internal communication and a transparent flow of information  • Planning and conducting induction days for new employees  • Managing the Employee Survey as well as deriving and implementing corresponding measures  • Close cooperation with the employee representation  • Maintenance and further development of local regulations as well as HR SharePoint content  • Initiation and implementation of local HR initiatives and benefits   • Active support of the local HR team consisting of HR Business Partner and HR Service Specialist, as well as Payroll Manager, including through the independent assumption of administrative activities and participation in all HR and organizational topic areas.  Participation in global HR projects  • Active participation and assumption of responsibility in international HR projects  • Local implementation of selected global initiatives, for example in the area of Learning & Development or Performance Management  • Local implementation of global HR processes and standards  • Promotion of best practices and standardization across all locations      Qualifications ## Your Profile  • Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR generalist function, ideally in an industrial environment in Switzerland  • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as extensive experience in operational and strategic HR topics  • Experience in an international matrix organization is an advantage  • Strong hands-on mentality and high implementation strength  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working  • Strong communication personality with a convincing appearance at all hierarchical levels  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form  • Experience with SAP; knowledge of Cornerstone is an advantage  • Experience in the introduction and implementation of HR systems  What to expect  • A varied and responsible HR role with great freedom of design  • The opportunity to actively help shape local and global HR topics  • Cooperation in an international environment with short decision-making paths  • A committed team and an open corporate culture  Attractive employment conditions and development opportunities  Additional Information ## medmix is an employer that offers equal opportunities and feels committed to the strength of a diverse workforce.
