At Swiss Sport Integrity, we protect the integrity of Swiss sport by relentlessly detecting and pursuing doping violations and ethical breaches, promoting prevention and awareness, and guaranteeing the transparency of procedures. In doing so, we strengthen the credibility of sport desired by the population and place at the center the dignity and health of all persons involved in sport.

Employee for the Ethics Breach Reporting Service
(80-100%)

Your future field of activity:

Administrative processing of reports of ethical breaches received by telephone and in writing, in German and in French

Organization of hearings, including the preparation of minutes and follow-up

Obtaining information on a case-by-case basis and contact details from the parties to the proceedings as well as from sports organizations, etc.

Mail processing (receipt, dispatch and follow-up)

Initial processing of electronic messaging and transmission of emails to the person in charge of the case

Processing of correspondence on instruction autonomously

Simple clarification tasks

Preparation and updating of case files and file directories in the Case Management System

Preparation of documents for legal partners and the parties to the proceedings as well as for the Tribunal du sport (redaction, copying, scanning, dispatch)

Administrative support to the head of the service within the framework of projects and other missions

What we expect from you:

Complete commercial training

Further training or professional experience in the legal or social sector would be an advantage

French mother tongue with good knowledge of German (B2 level); knowledge of English would be an asset

Stylistic ease and good writing skills

Strong sense of organization and structured working method

Quick-wittedness and marked analytical skills

Knowledge of the Swiss sports system and associative management

Team spirit and high requirements for the quality of work performed, free of conflicts of interest
