Your area of responsibility As Team Leader Service, you will take over the leadership of a dedicated service team in technical field service / Field Service. You will actively design the deployment planning, coordinate service and assembly assignments, and ensure smooth project processing. In doing so, you will always keep customer satisfaction and performance indicators in view and implement targeted corrective measures in the event of deviations.
