Junior IT Supporter 80-100% (a)

Your tasks:
You are the central contact person for users for all questions regarding IT. In addition to processing incoming calls and tickets as well as escalating problems to the responsible departments, you resolve hardware or software malfunctions directly at the workplace or via remote. You also assist in the supervision and support of the internal IT. Participation in internal projects rounds off your versatile area of responsibility.
Your profile:

• Completed basic training as a Mediamatiker/Informatiker and/or completed further training as an ICT-Supporter SIZ or commercial basic training with IT further training/flair for IT
• Initial professional experience in 1st/2nd Level Support is an advantage
• Very good MS-Office knowledge
• Proficient German and good oral English skills (any further language is an advantage)
