Your mission: • Carry out the production of hot and cold cuisine and the distribution of meals. • Plan menus, as well as catering and VIP offers in connection with the chef. • Replace the chef during their absences. • Ensure inventories, bookkeeping, and invoice control. • Guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of the prepared dishes. • Carry out the monitoring of orders and merchandise stocks. • Train and supervise the kitchen team. • Respect food hygiene rules, in order not to endanger the health of personnel and customers. Your profile: • You have experience in contract catering and gastronomy. • You have very good interpersonal skills. • You have a team spirit, are motivated and like challenges. • You are proactive, precise and have an excellent organizational capacity. • Holder of a CFC in cooking or a title deemed equivalent.
