Winter: approx. 30 indoor seats | Summer: Terrace / operation up to approx. 50 seats

Independent management of the kitchen (mise en place, service, organization)

Preparation & plating of Italian/Mediterranean dishes, clean and consistent

Compliance with hygiene/HACCP standards as well as order and structure

Teamwork depending on occupancy (e.g., Pizzaiolo / Assistant Cook / Dishwashing)

Your profile

Several years of experience (EFZ advantageous)

Reliable, resilient, calm way of working even during peak times

Languages: Italian possible; German/English advantageous (team communication is important)
