To support the development of our activities, we are looking for a Service Advisor (100%) Main activities: • Welcome, advise and accompany a demanding clientele with professionalism and courtesy • Identify customer needs, then plan and coordinate workshop interventions while respecting scheduling optimization • Establish and explain quotes, invoices, and administrative documents related to after-sales service • Ensure personalized monitoring of customer files until the vehicle is returned • Manage and resolve complaints efficiently and solution-oriented • Actively promote additional services, maintenance contracts, and personalized offers • Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to maintaining a level of service conforming to luxury brand standards Your profile • Technical or commercial training (CFC or equivalent) • Confirmed experience in a similar function, ideally in the premium/luxury segment • Mastery of French and English C1 minimum required • Excellent communication skills and keen sense of customer service • Ability to manage several files in parallel with rigor and organization • Good mastery of computer tools and industry software related to the automotive sector • Impeccable presentation, professional attitude, and solution-oriented • Flexibility, proactivity, and strong ability to work in a team Start date: immediate Only complete applications (CV, cover letter, certificates) posted on JobUp will be considered.
