As a service coordinator, you are the central pivot of our service. You take charge of service cases from the service desk, analyze the situation and coordinate all necessary steps until a lasting resolution. You thus combine technical understanding, organizational talent, clear communication and high quality requirements. Service Coordinator ProAV 80 - 100 % / Location according to agreement # Your tasks ### • You analyze technical failures on professional AV and multimedia systems and implement appropriate measures • You assume responsibility for service cases and lead them to their lasting resolution • You coordinate remote support, on-site support, manufacturers, suppliers and other involved parties • You plan maintenance, repairs, replacement equipment and necessary resources • You monitor the agreed reaction, intervention and resolution times • You ensure professional and transparent communication with our clients • You maintain tickets, installation documentation, service data, assets and monitoring systems • You coordinate RMA cases and repair management • You provide occasional support during technical takeovers, installation handovers or on-site interventions • You prepare KPI and SLA analyses and support the development of our service processes Your profile ### • A completed basic technical training, for example in the fields of multimedia, event technology, electronics, electrotechnics or informatics • Several years of experience in the installation, operation or maintenance of professional AV or multimedia installations • A deep understanding of professional AV systems as well as signal technology, electronics, electrotechnics and informatics • Experience in structured error analysis and handling of technical failures • Proficiency in ticketing systems, documentation, asset management and monitoring • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English • Excellent communication skills, empathy and confidence towards clients and partners • Ability to clearly prioritize tasks and to lead the involved parties even without direct hierarchical responsibility • Sense of responsibility and willingness to accompany technical cases until their closure Experience in coordination, planning, project management or problem management is an advantage. Additional knowledge in French or Italian as well as additional training in business management, project management or service management complete your profile.
