Your tasks:

• Team leadership: You lead your 5-member payroll team professionally and personally and promote it specifically.
• Payroll processing: You and your team ensure correct and punctual payroll processing for 2'200 people (including annual financial statements).
• Operational activity: You actively participate in day-to-day business in payroll and time management (System RTM / Perigon).
• Process expansion: You help with the further development of our HR service center and optimize processes.
• Interfaces: You connect the locations and make the cooperation with the decentralized HR administration even better.

Your profile:

• Education: Completed basic training plus further training in the field of payroll or social insurance.
• Leadership: You have already gained experience in leading teams.
• Numbers & IT: You love numbers, have strong analytical skills, and are familiar with HR tools, especially Abacus.
• Hands-on mentality: You enjoy operational work in everyday life and want to move things.
• Language: Very good German skills.
