Your tasks with us In this versatile position, you will take on a central role in job coaching and training for our participants: Job coaching: Conducting assessments, creating personality profiles, and strengthening self-marketing Network & Acquisition: Active acquisition of jobs or work assignments – using your existing network and building new contacts in the economy Consulting & Support: Planning and conducting individual training sessions to strengthen the personal competencies of our participants. Individual promotion and further development of professional, methodological, and self-competencies. Workshops & Group activities: Preparation and implementation of weekly workshops on various topics as well as support and implementation of other group activities Development opportunities If interested and suitable, there is the possibility for internal development into the area of case-leading coaching.
