Offer Development Manager 80-100%

Reporting to the Director of Clients and New Mobility as a senior executive, you will steer the strategy and implementation of the development of transport and mobility offers for movodis SA.

You ensure the balance between the expectations of commissioners, local authorities and clients, the production capacities of the company and the available financial resources. You are the privileged interface between external stakeholders and the various internal entities of the group and its subsidiaries.

Both a strategic actor and a project manager, you transform identified needs into concrete, structured and economically viable offer concepts, while ensuring compliance with quality, costs and deadlines.

In a context of changing mobility, you also contribute to the development of new markets and new services, both in the areas of contracted services and free markets (school transport, event services, freight or other services meeting the needs of territories and partners).

Your responsibilities

• Develop the offer and contribute to the strategy: analyze developments in demand, territories and markets, identify development opportunities and propose innovative mobility solutions, consistent with the company's objectives and the expectations of stakeholders. You actively contribute to the strategic reflection regarding the evolution of offers, market development and the positioning of movodis SA in its environment.
• Develop relations with partners and markets: build lasting relationships of trust with commissioners, local authorities, institutional partners and key accounts. Identify and develop new business opportunities in contracted and free markets, prepare proposals adapted to the needs of partners and represent movodis SA in processes related to the development of offers and markets.
• Manage and develop the team: supervise, organize and support a team of 2 to 3 collaborators specialized in offer and market development, promoting autonomy, collaboration, continuous improvement and skills development.
• Lead offer development projects: frame and conduct complex projects, from the definition of needs to their implementation, ensuring the monitoring of costs, deadlines, risks and results. You also develop offer concepts and files intended for commissioners and partners.
• Unify and coordinate: mobilize the different internal and external stakeholders – planning, operations, finance, marketing, sales, distribution, commissioners, local authorities and partners – in order to guarantee the coherence and success of projects.

This function has a strong transversal and relational dimension. It requires the ability to unify interlocutors with varied interests, to build shared solutions with institutional partners and to support the development of mobility in an environment undergoing profound transformation.

Your profile

• University or HES degree in the fields of transport, mobility, spatial planning, engineering or an equivalent degree;
• Additional training in project management, business economics or work organization desired;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in offer development, transport planning, mobility or market development related to public transport, ideally including 3 years in team management;
• Proven experience in managing complex and transversal projects, ideally within a public transport company or a subsidized structure;
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss public transport system, its governance and its financing, as well as the processes for ordering services and relations with commissioners;
• Good understanding of the challenges of multimodality, intermodality and spatial planning;
• Leadership, excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills, ability to synthesize and organizational skills;
• Autonomy, ability to unify and ease in a transforming environment.
