Deputy Hotel Manager

Tasks Deputizing in the operational and administrative leadership of the hotel including restaurant and spa Ensuring professional processes including individual care and advice for guests during the entire stay, including expansion and maintenance of regular customers. Ensuring high guest satisfaction and being responsible for Service Excellence. Operational presence at the front and role model function in daily business. Support in the introduction and optimization of digital systems (hotel booking system, POS system, internal tools).
