What awaits you

We are looking for a personality who meets the challenges in payment transactions with heart and competence. This includes the following tasks:

• You are a competent contact person for our internal and external customers in the area of payment transaction investigations, complaints and corrections.
• You process the compliance and fraud filter and, together with your team, make a valuable contribution to fraud prevention and handling.
• The clearing of incoming and outgoing non-STP payment transactions is part of your tasks as well as the resulting follow-up tasks.
• You independently carry out investigations and correspond with our partner banks via SWIFT, email and telephone.
• You contribute your cooperation and your know-how to the testing of Avaloq and its peripheral systems.

What you bring with you

• You have experience in the operational processing of incoming and outgoing payments for a bank.
• National and international payment services are familiar to you. SWIFT knowledge and experience in the field of investigation are helpful.
• It is an advantage if you already have experience in Avaloq and GMP Finastra as well as in testing core banking systems.
• Resilience, mental flexibility and a strong awareness of quality are among your strengths.
• You are enthusiastic about working in a team, as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• You show a readiness for personal development and commitment to proactively question existing processes, point out and document optimization potential.
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing are essential for our international payment flows. Your target-group-oriented communication skills round off your profile.
