Project Manager Transitional Housing (40%)

Since 1984, Frauenhaus Winterthur has offered women affected by violence, with or without children, protection, emergency accommodation, counseling, and support. We are a recognized inpatient crisis intervention center with a dedicated and intercultural team.

For the expansion of our semi-supported transitional housing offers for women and children following their stay at the Frauenhaus, we are looking for reinforcement in the function of Project Management (40%).

Project Manager Transitional Housing (40%) ##

Start immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term for 9 months with the possibility of extension

You will play a decisive role in shaping the expansion and further development of our transitional housing offers.

Your tasks

• You further develop the specialist and operational concept as well as the organizational and financial foundations
• You plan, coordinate, and control the next implementation steps.
• You develop processes, standards, and work instruments
• You are responsible for the search, examination, and provision of suitable housing solutions.
• You coordinate cooperation with authorities, specialist agencies, and partner organizations
• You participate in the sustainable anchoring and further development of the offer.

What you bring

• University degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in project management and offer development in the social sector
• Knowledge in the areas of domestic violence, victim support, and/or supported forms of living is an advantage
• Conceptual strength and a structured, independent way of working
• Communication strength and enjoyment of networking and cooperation
• Joy in helping to shape a growing offer

In parallel, we are looking for a Social Worker Transitional Housing / Case Management (30-50%). With appropriate qualifications, both functions can be combined into a workload of up to 80%.
