Sous Chef (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Leadership and support of permanent employees and temporary staff • Assistance in planning and executing events of all sizes • Active participation in the production, preparation and presentation of dishes • Creative contribution to offer planning • Assistance in creating recipes and their calculation • Representation of the head chef in their absence • Control of compliance with and implementation of statutory hygiene regulations Your profile: • Completed training as a chef/cook EFZ • Several years of professional experience in banqueting and catering • Independent and structured way of working • Cost-conscious action, resilience and creativity • Very good oral and written German language skills We offer: • Diverse and responsible activity with a large scope for design • Support with your tasks and further training • Pleasant working climate in a motivated young team • Working without room hours
