Product Owner - S2P Platform & Procurement Digitalization (w/m/d) In this role as Product Owner for the indirect procurement platform of Migros - our S2P solution, which covers the entire procurement process from demand notification to invoicing, you work at the interface between departments, IT and external partners - and actively participate in how we integrate AI and automation into our procurement processes. What you move Customer focus: You represent the customer and user needs in the agile team and convey the added value of the requirements Implementation: You are responsible for the implementation of features and stories based on the product strategy and control the backlog for a prioritized, timely and objective implementation Story definition: Together with the team, you define stories, describe acceptance criteria and coordinate dependencies Planning: You organize sprints and PI cycles in agreement with the Scrum Master, Product Management and relevant stakeholders Transparency: You create clarity about risks, impediments and dependencies, moderate agile vessels and drive the continuous improvement of the platform forward, including the evaluation of new technologies such as AI-supported automation Automation: You identify potential for the use of AI and automation (e.g. intelligent document processing, spend analysis, supplier scoring) and bring these into the roadmap as concrete requirements What you bring Education: Higher vocational school Field of study: Business administration and/or technical training at the FH level or equivalent Professional experience: Proven experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in an S2P, P2P or ERP environment (e.g. Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar) Proven practical experience in the field of purchasing/procurement/process management/project management (waterfall/agile), business analysis, requirements engineering (with an advantage from large companies) In-depth understanding of procurement and (financial) processes in systems/applications as well as a "bridge builder" between technical requirements/business value and reliable application operation Very good knowledge of MS Office and eProcurement solutions Experience with agile working methods, ideally with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
