On behalf of our client, a renowned industrial company based in the Chur area, we are looking for a dedicated personality as

HR Manager 80-100% #

In this responsible function, you will undertake personnel recruitment and support for around 400 employees within your own area of responsibility, including the associated administrative tasks. You will independently manage the HR processes from personnel planning and acquisition through to deployment, development, and retention, up to departure. As a contact person for line managers and employees, you will advise and support them in all personnel matters. In addition, you will work on HR-specific topics and projects such as absence management, personnel development, and junior talent promotion.

To successfully master this exciting challenge, you have completed further training in human resources, preferably as an HR Specialist with a federal diploma, as well as several years of professional experience in a wide-ranging HR function, ideally as an HR Business Partner from a similar industry, for example in an industrial environment. You know how to competently advise a wide variety of stakeholders, appear confident, and convince through strong communication and advisory skills. You are proficient in using common MS Office programs and have proficient German language skills. Good English skills are an advantage.
