• Analyze and qualify client needs (site visits, tender documents) and interviews with various stakeholders
• Perform the calculation of operational and technical needs necessary for the implementation of services
• Evaluate the human, technical, and financial resources required to meet client expectations
• Design and structure integrated solutions addressing performance, user experience, sustainability, and cost control challenges
• Collaborate with operational, technical, HR, and Purchasing teams to ensure the feasibility and relevance of the proposed solutions
• Elaborate the construction of commercial offers, business cases, and responses to calls for tenders
• Present and defend solutions to clients and support clarification phases
• Ensure monitoring of market trends and identify best practices to enrich proposals
• Prospecting and searching for new clients
• Use and management of internal commercial reporting (CRM) and communication tools (M365 and Teams) and design of offers (Word, PPT and Copilot)
• Higher education (Master's) ideally in Facility Management, building technology, Economics, or an equivalent field
• Experience in consulting, Facility Management, business services, or a complex B2B environment
• Proven experience within the Suisse Romand market
• Strong orientation towards teamwork
• Excellent analytical capacity and ability to translate a client need into an operational solution
• Mastery of sizing calculations, resource evaluation, and business case development
• Ease in managing cross-functional projects and in interactions with high-level client interlocutors, writing and interpersonal skills in French and English
• Structured, results-oriented mindset and a developed sense of customer service
• Ability to combine strategic approach and operational pragmatism
