To strengthen the Human Resources team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented, and entrepreneurially minded personality as HR Business Partner (m/f) with the attractive prospect of developing into the deputy HR manager after thorough induction and taking on additional leadership responsibility in the future. HR Business Partner (m/f) Your area of responsibility In this versatile role, you will support and advise managers and employees in all personnel-related matters and accompany the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment to personnel care to departure. You will actively participate in attracting qualified specialists and support the continuous development of modern HR processes and instruments. Together with your three HR colleagues, you will ensure a professional and service-oriented HR department and participate in cross-departmental projects. You will gradually take on additional responsibility and develop towards the function of deputy HR manager. Your personality You have a qualification in Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification, and bring several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the healthcare sector. You convince through your independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as through your strong service orientation. With your communicative, empathetic, and team-oriented personality, you know how to build trusting relationships and competently advise managers and employees. You enjoy taking on responsibility and want to develop professionally and personally in the long term.
